1. Who we are

The service is operated by a sole proprietor registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada. Contact details are on the contact page.

2. What we collect

• The listing text and everything you wrote in it
• Name and contact details — only the ones you entered yourself and chose to display
• Photos and video you uploaded
• A hash of your IP address — an irreversible transformation. We do not store the address itself

We do not collect documents, dates of birth, immigration status or financial data. Please do not put them in a listing either.

3. Why

• To publish your listing on the site and in our channels
• To make it findable in the search on this site
• To hold back spam and repeat posting

4. Who we share it with

A published listing is sent to Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube — that is the entire point of the service, and you choose it when you post.

Search engines index your listing page.

We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

A listing stays on the site for roughly 60 days and then drops out of the feed. Copies in social networks stay there under those networks' own rules.

6. Your rights under PIPEDA

Under Canada's federal privacy law you have the right to:

• Find out what data of yours we hold
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Request that a listing be deleted
• Withdraw your consent to processing

Write to us — we answer within 30 days, as the law requires.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. Cookies

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and carries no third-party trackers. A single cookie holds your sign-in session, and only if you signed in.

8. Children

The service is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
