Rules of use

The whole thing in two sentences. Anything you publish goes to Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube automatically and immediately — we cannot pull it back out of those networks. So read your text once more before you tap the button.

1. What this service is

This is a community classifieds board for a city. You post a listing without signing up, and it is published on the site and in our channels at the same time.

We are not a party to any deal between users. We do not inspect housing, we do not vet employers, and we do not verify the people who post. Check everything yourself, in person, before money changes hands.

2. What must not be posted

Other people's personal data: phone number, address, workplace, photos without consent
Accusations against a specific identifiable person
Incitement to hatred on the basis of nationality, religion, caste, or anything else
Fraudulent offers, in particular selling an LMIA, a job offer, or a "guaranteed" permit or PR
Goods and services restricted under Canadian law
Listings of a sexual nature
Spam, mass reposting of the same text, engagement farming

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you post. By publishing text, photos or video you confirm that you have the right to do so.

You grant us a non-exclusive right to reproduce your listing on the site and in our channels.

4. Our rights

We may refuse to publish, remove a listing, or restrict access without giving a reason — most often for a rule in section 2.

We may change these rules. Material changes will be announced in the channel.

5. Removal

To take a listing off the site, write to us and quote its number. We will remove it from the site and from our own channels.

Copies other users have already made, and search engine caches, are outside our control.

6. Paid listings

Paid promotion adds Instagram, Stories, and 24 hours pinned in the channel. It does not change how the listing is moderated.

If a listing is rejected under section 2 after payment, you get a full refund.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from deals between users, for downtime, or for anything a third-party platform does with a post.

8. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and of Canada.
